Act Today to Protect Public Media

Now is the time to contact your Congressional representatives and let them know you support the CPB and a robust public media system.

The House of Representatives could vote on President Trump’s rescission package to revoke $1.1 billion from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), which represents two years of previously approved Congressional funding, as early as tomorrow, Tuesday, June 10th.

The unique rules of rescission packages require the current GOP-controlled Congress to fast-track action by passing the bill within 45 days. Urge your Congressional representatives today to vote against the proposed rescission package.
